Seis de Mayo?

We weren't able to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, so we had a Seis de Mayo, which if you ask my, was just as bueno. We went to Los Hermanos and got some delicious Mexican food, and then went to see "Something Borrowed"

We got delicious caramel apples from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.  Mmmm, so good.

We went to the Riverwoods which has the coolest setup.  It's a bunch of restaurants and shops, and has lights hanging overhead and in the trees.  Love it!
