This Weekend.

You know those weekends where you are determined to be productive and get everything done but then it just doesn't happen?  Yeah, this was one of those weekends.  I was going to get all my math lesson plans done for this week and get a bunch of my assignments but I didn't get any of them done.

I did get some other stuff done though.  I got my oil changed.  Go me! I got my room clean AND all of my laundry done.  Including my bedding and my bathroom rug.  I'm telling you, there is nothing better than climbing into a bed with clean sheets and blankets.  I got some grocery shopping done.  I wrote a pre/post test.  So it wasn't a totally unproductive weekend.  I also got to watch Conference, which is always just what I needed.

But, the most important thing I did this weekend was . . .

SEE THE HUNGER GAMES!!!!!

And, I loved it.  I was very impressed with the adaption they did.  I know they couldn't get everything in there, but they did a good job of pulling out the most important parts.  I got a little teary eyed when Rue died and Katniss did the hand signal and then District 11 did it back.  That tugged at my heart strings.

I also asked Siri a question and got a little attitude back from her.  Me and her won't be talking for awhile.
